Wallenpaupack South Elementary School is proud to feature Levi Gross, a second-grade student whose dedication and enthusiasm shine both in and out of the classroom.
Levi has been a member of the Wallenpaupack Junior Wrestling Club since kindergarten and recently competed in several matches. When asked about his favorite part of wrestling, Levi shared, “My favorite part is the matches, and my favorite move is called a cement mixer.”
In addition to wrestling, Levi is an active athlete in the Wallenpaupack Youth Soccer League and the Wallenpaupack Area Little League, and he hopes to add football to his list of sports this year. His leadership skills have already been recognized—last year, Levi served as a Student Ambassador, and this year he was honored as a Good Citizen for November.
Outside of school, Levi helps raise dairy cows and pigs and proudly showed some of them at the GDS Fair. He is also a member of the 4H Club and enjoys fishing and hunting in his free time.
