What is the Transition Expo?

The Wayne County Collaborative Transition Expo brings together local providers, agencies, and experts who support successful transition to adulthood for students with disabilities. Join us for a morning of guest speakers and breakout sessions designed to help families navigate education, employment, independent living, and community services.

Who should attend?

Students (14–22) receiving Special Education Services
Parents/Guardians and caregivers
Educators, counselors, and transition coordinators are also welcome to attend and connect with providers.
