Sports Physicals Schedule

2007 Fall Sports Physicals Schedule

2007 Winter Sports Physicals will be as follows:

Thursday, October 11 - Girls  --  Tuesday, October 16 -Boys    

 *Physicals will be held after school in the Middle School Nurse's Office

• Private physician's physicals cannot be date prior to June 1, 2007. (Per PIAA Regulations)
• Students must pick up the necessary forms beforehand, in the main office to bring home for the parent/guardian’s to complete.  Please refer to the “Instructions for Sports Physicals”

 2007/2008 Winter Sports begin 11/12/07 (first day of practice)

Students must have a current physical on file to participate.
