Classroom Rules:

1. Be respectful

2. Come prepared for class

3. Be on time

4. Homework is to be completed on time

Discipline Policy:

Strike 1-Warning and private conference with student.

Strike 2-Lunch detention and call home.

Strike 3-Referral to the office and call home.

*If a students is awarded a lunch detention they must get a pass from me at the end of the period. If the class is after lunch, they will serve the lunch detention the next school day.

What constitutes as a strike:

Talking while anyone else is talking

Being disrespectful to yourself or anyone else

Being late

Not being prepared

Not displaying self-control 

 

Homework Policy:

Homework should be completed on time

Homework grades will decline one point for everyday late

If homework is not completed within one week it is a zero

Homework should be neat and legible

 

Grading Policy:

Each assignment and test is given a certain point value. Tests will have a higher point value, but do not disregard homework assignments because they add up to a significant part of your grade.
